At Cityworld Family Practice, LLC, we offer integrated primary care and mental health services to support your overall wellness. Our care includes medication management and therapy for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and life stressors. We also provide annual physicals, chronic disease management (HTN, diabetes), pap smears, and pre-op clearances.
Through secure telehealth visits, we serve clients across Washington DC, Maryland and Iowa. Our holistic, compassionate approach treats the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—empowering you to achieve balance and long-term wellness.
